- CITRUS GREENING: Sustainability consolidation of the horticultural sector and recovery of the production of citrus.
- YAM: Provision of disease resistant yam varieties in line with local consumer expectations.
- APIGUA: Action of beekeeper’s association to increase the production and improve the marketing of a typical local quality honey.
Additionally, members of AGRISPIN will visit a Banana farm (a main crop produced in the Guadeloupe) and will visit Marie-Galante Island to explore the theme of “Small Scale Family Farms”.
The visit will finish on the 19th January with a seminar/symposium to provide some feedback to the regional actors, to foster exchanges and establish a dialogue and finally to improve the common understanding of the local situation.
